The third edition o China Deep and Ultra Deep Well Oil and Gas Development Forum was held at the Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center on July 18, 2025, concurrently with cippe Xinjiang.

The Forum is co-hosted by the cippe Organizing Committee, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), Sinopec Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Research Center of CNOOC (China) Co., Ltd., CNPC Xibu Drilling Engineering Company Limited, supported by Xinjiang Research Institute of Huairou Laboratory, PetroChina Tarim Oilfield Company, PetroChina Xinjiang Oilfield Company, CNPC Bohai Drilling Engineering Company Limited, PetroChina Huabei Oilfield Company, SINOPEC Northwest Oil Field Company, CNPC Research Institute of Petroleum Exploration and Development, CNPC Engineering Technology R&D Company Limited, CNPC Kunlun Manufacturing Company Limited, China University of Petroleum- Beijing at Karamay, Southwest Petroleum University.

Focusing on "independent innovation" and "industrial upgrading", the forum gathered nearly 200 attendees, including CAE member, delegates from domestic oil and gas giants, engineering companies, oilfields, research institutes, service companies, equipment manufacturers, etc.
